Field Sales Representative

Your tasks
- Managing and developing the Southern Lower Saxony sales territory
- Independently conducting order appointments, including preparation and follow-up
- Actively selling the pre-order collections of our brands “RABE” and “LCMT”
- Ongoing KPI analysis, optimising the KPIs of our POS partners and initiating suitable measures
- Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale
- Presenting merchandise at the POS in line with the brand philosophies
- Full merchandise management
- Accepting completed shop fittings
- Acquiring new customers
- Independently planning and delivering product training at the POS
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a degree, with several years of sales experience in a comparable position
- A strong passion for active selling and experience in the womenswear segment
- A high sense of responsibility as well as strong organisational and communication skills
- An independent, goal-oriented way of working and a high level of commitment
